The hotel exceeded my expectations with its great price and the in-room safe, making me feel secure. While the neighborhood has the charm of a historical town, there was some noise from next door club music at times. The location is a plus being a short walk to the main plaza.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and very quiet despite facing a busy street, but they were quite cold at night without heating. The service was attentive and kind, going out of their way to help us. The location was very central, making it convenient to explore Cusco. The dining experience was good with plenty of food options, and the facilities met our needs.
